EXCLUSIVE: Ammy Virk calls 83 co-star Ranveer Singh a ‘bundle of joy’, says, “The man took care of all 14 of us”

Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa are all busy promoting their upcoming film Kudi Haryane Val Di. The movie is all set to the hit the theatres on 14th of June 2024. The trailer of the movie created a buzz amongst their fans, garnering large amount of attention. As the actors were busy promoting their film and giving interviews, Bollywood Bubble got a chance to sit down with the duo and discuss about their professional and personal lives candidly. Virk and Bajwa shared their insights from the film and also shared their fond memories of their career. Ammy Virk who worked with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh in 83 has all praise for him.

Ammy Virk recalls working with Ranveer Singh

During the interview, Ammy was given a picture of him with Ranveer Singh. The Saunkan Saunkne actor did not take a minute to share his feelings for Ranveer. Ammy recalled the time they shot together for 83. He said, “India should learn from him; he is such a positive and successful person. No matter the situation, if you’re feeling down and this guy shows up, Ranveer Singh, if he appears in front of you, you just light up (you become happy).”

He further continued, “There were 14 of us in the entire film, and if you want to meet everyone, he does it with an open heart, giving hugs and kisses to each and every person. He is so well-liked by everyone, such a bundle of joy. He is like a big brother; this man took care of all 14 of us. Truly, he is a very good person, he lives in our hearts. He will achieve a lot of success and go far, even to Hollywood and beyond. He will surely break all the records one day. What an amazing guy.”

Virk portrayed the character of Balwinder Sandhu in 83. The film starrer Ranveer Singh in a pivotal role of cricketer Kapil Dev. Deepika Padukone, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem and others were a major part of the film.

Ammy Virk is all set to enjoy the success of Kudi Haryane Val Di. He gained major fame through his Punjabi songs and movies. The actor another movie lines up with Tripti Dimri and Vicky Kaushal, ‘Bad Newz. He will also share the screen with Akshay Kumar in his next Khel Khel Mein.
